The age groups are just for generally dividing the sections. If you are 19 but feel that the problems and topics in the roaring twenties section apply to you more than those in the teens section feel free to post there instead.
That being said, if you are 13 years old you don't really need to be posting in the 20s or beyond section. Just post in the section that seems most appropriate. You don't need to be posting in a section that is full of topics you know nothing about. Just use commons sense. If there is ever an issue I will set up passwords and such.
